• Cancellation or modification by the client:
  • the tenant is not entitled to a cooling-off period, in accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, which applies notably to accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a fixed interval.
  • The contract is therefore concluded definitively upon the Client's reservation.
  • All cancellations must be notified by mail, or E-Mail addressed to the owner.
  • In case of cancellation by the client, he is not entitled to any compensation from Clos St André and renounces claiming any damages.
• If cancellation occurs:
  • More than 20 days before the start of your stay, deposits are refunded with a deduction of 5 euros for processing fees.
  • Less than 20 days before the start of the stay, the deposits remain due to Clos St André, which reserves the right to claim the balance of the accommodation price
• If cancellation occurs:
  • Less than 2 days (48h00) before the start of the stay, deposits remain due to Clos St André, which reserves the right to claim the balance of the rental price if it remains vacant following cancellation.
  • If the client does not show up before 7 PM on the scheduled start day of the stay, Le Clos St André may dispose of their rooms. (unless the client has informed the owner and a late arrival time has been agreed upon between the parties).
  • Advance payments remain due to Clos St André, which will claim and or deduct the balance of the rental price or stay if the rental or stay remains vacant due to cancellation.
  • In case of a shortened stay or rental, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully earned by Clos St André.
• Cancellation or modification by the owner :
  • In the event of cancellation of a reservation by Clos St André, it agrees to inform the client of the cancellation of their reservation by any means and to reimburse any deposits paid by the client.
  • The customer will be refunded within 8 days the amounts paid, without being able to claim any compensation.
  • The Clos St André reserves the right, if necessary, to change the initially reserved room for a room of the same category, in such a case, the cost of the reservation will remain unchanged.
• Insurance:
  • Recommended vacation rental damage and cancellation insurance. (e.g.. Vacation rental insurance... )
  • The tenant is responsible for all damages occurring due to their fault.
  • He is required to be insured by a typical vacation home insurance contract for these various risks.
